Do you think it's worth it to do the CPA if I might decide to remain in the US?

I'm currently doing the ACCA, but not sure how easy/hard does it stack up agains the CPA.
Also can you tell me when are the exam windows and how the retakes work?

Has anyone started an S-corp and later gone full time? Husband has been freelancing full time since last summer. Initially we thought it would be six months before converting to FT, but he’s been extended as an independent contractor until 2023. Ideally that sticks because he’s making north of $300k but he’s been hesitant to go S-corp in case they decide to make him convert. What happens to the S-corp in that scenario?

It took me 5 years and I failed so many times, lost credit, spent thousands of dollars on different study materials, coffees, pens, etc. I can’t believe this day has finally come for me. If you’re struggling please don’t give up and don’t compare yourself to someone else. It will eventually happen for you if you keep pushing!
