After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Hi Fishes, I have received an offer from Barclays for AVP position. But the role discussed during interview was for Tech Delivery Manager whereas the offer letter mentions it as Tech Delivery Lead. Can you guys please suggest if it is the same role or should I request recruiter to get the role updated? Moreover it would be great if any of you can shed some light on the prospects/challenges of this role based on your experiences. Barclays Barclays global service center
Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

It’s absolute hell right now tbh.. networking, applying, and begging. Just hoping it’s a numbers game at this point! (Been about 1yr for me)
It's good that you are tailoring your CV for each opportunity. If company's use ATS these prefer word docs, so try and not send a pdf as it does make a difference. Network! If you haven't already done so, create a good LinkedIn profile as a lot of recruiters will take a look to see if your profile matches your CV. Follow companies you like the idea of working for and try to connect with people. Do you have any networking contacts in the industry? Reach out to former colleagues and let them know you're looking for a job. It can be tough out there, but try and keep the faith and remember that not getting a job, while disappointing, does not mean you'll never get a job. If you are out of work, perhaps take the time to add an extra skill while you're looking. Coursera offer some great, short courses and come of them are free. Good luck :)
Can you find people on LinkedIn in companies you are interested in and message them, saying that you are interested in the roles?
Yes, you can message hiring managers if you have a certain account (meaning the paid monthly fee). It will allow you to have more information about the company, hiring process and who is in their network.
Are you actually qualified for the jobs
Hi, yes I believe so. I wouldn’t be applying to jobs I didn’t think I was qualified for. These are mostly entry level jobs also.
I’ve had this in a different field, but I’ve been looking for over six months. I think your best bet is actually networking before and after you’ve applied. Maybe apply to less jobs, but really lay the groundwork for the ones you do apply to.
Consider joining local in-person/video networking groups as well as LinkedIn groups. Job searching has changed over the last couple of years. The best practice is networking. There are so many resumes to sift through recruiters and leaders hone in on referrals first. Connect with past vendors, coworkers and leaders you’ve worked with. It’s amazing what they will do for you. While networking is the best practice you might want to continue applying to jobs, post your resume on various job boards, connect with staffing agencies letting them know you’re available, and remember don’t give up. I’ve been unemployed for 15 months. The economy around the world is challenging for everyone.
Same here. I have tried since last year (December) after a lay off. It’s very demanding at the moment so I get you…
