J'ai rejoint mon cabinet B4 y a 1 an, je suis à 58k fixe - 63k full package avec 5 ans 1/2 d'xp. Je rentre bientôt dans ma dernière année de consultant sénior avant le passage manager.

Le truc c'est que ma copine me raconte comment sa petite ESN file des 68-70k à des mecs ayant 6 ans d'xp sans faire de dév. commercial / encadrement. Vous pensez que c'est déconnant de demander 10-15% d'augmentation cette année avant le passage Manager l'année pro ? J'ai du mal à situer mon salaire en B4

Hi, I am an expat living in France and working as an IT consultant. I got an experience here that recruiters insist on disclosing my current salary. Is it a norm in France? Do you reply how much you earn? To me it seems absolutely inappropriate and irrelevant. I can respond what are my future salary expectations. I refuse to tell how much I make now, and then recruiters say that they can't proceed with my application without this information. WDYT?
