hello ladies! i'm a recent grad struggling to land a full time position and a friend of mine (has been working for 4 years in corporate and switched 3 jobs) as well as others said that it's normal to lie on your resume. now, i'm not fully desperate in my job search so i don't want to be dishonest, but
1. what kind of things can you lie about on your resume?
2. can you lie about the time you've worked at a company? or is that something that'll cause trouble in a background check?

Feeling down. I've interviewed for probably 12 positions (mostly Senior Manager level), and always getting rejected. Is this normal? I do try and ask for feedback, and sometimes they give saying that there just isn't the right fit for your skillset at this time. If so, then why did you interview me? #frustrated

Last Tuesday, I had a partner interview with PwC Australia. Partner told me that I would receive a result until the end of previous week. But I haven’t received it yet. I emailed Responsible recruiter last Friday but the feedback was not available at that time. Today I decided to follow up again regarding interview result and she told me that she has received feedback and wanted to call me tomorrow. Does it mean that she will give reason for rejection? What should I expect from this call?

The hostility on my team is rough. We have a yeller. I walked by her room the other day. She was screaming across the room at a student, "you have to be kind to get kindness." Seriously, those were her words in a loud, berating, angry tone. Our admin has asked that we not report these. We are to talk to the teacher. She has yelled at me and other adults. Admin has to know she treats the kids this way too. One teacher has to work with her door closed to not hear the yelling all day.

2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..
