I received an offer for a role that is a lot more money than I thought but I still want to negotiate and see how much more money I can get. What can I say if the salary is already above average for the role in the market and city I live in?

Advice when looking for Tech Consulting internships in Chicago or DC Metro? My GPA (3.04) has disqualified me from most major companies. Hi, just wondering how the staffing situation has been in strategy consulting in general? My sibling started a job in strategy in Silicon Valley 2 months ago after MBA. She has been on the bench for 2 months and was informed that there has been a shortage of jobs (within the job) and the amount of people on the bench is getting high.
