Anyways, the pay was intriguing and the job was a high level scientific advisor so I did interviews. At the last interview, at the end I was told the job was for management but I prepared for a different kind of interview. I am waiting for an offer or rejection letter. I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. is it OK to negotiate if you agreed upon an offer and number seems low when you see in offer letter . would the company/manager can block you if they feel like you are playing because you show interest and negotiating multiple times?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Should i join KPMG?

Am a sys engineer with 2 years of experience from a tier 2 city with 20k as a salary pm, planning to switch and got an offer for Tech Security Analyst in Accenture Bglr location

The offer is around 40k pm. Is it worth it? Or should I look for more opportunities or should I stay in my tier 2 city with maybe if they hike till 25k to 30k pm?

If i can negotiate with Accenture, how much can I negotiate for?
