Leaving after one year to another biglaw firm?

Context: Graduated in 2019 (Finance), 2 years at EY as a business consultant on mix of pmo projects and tech projects where I was developer (data vis, power platform, sql, vba, data analysis etc.). Joined Google on a 6 month contract as a data analyst.

Should I be applying for product analyst roles? Should I apply for strategy consulting? Could I go straight for prod mgmt roles?

I’m an immigration paralegal but I have an MA in human rights. I’ve been working at my org for 2 1/2 years but I don’t see an upwards growth for me unless I go to law school but that is really expensive and it’ll take a few years. I’ve tried to seek promotion to Senior paralegal but I’ve been told I don’t have enough experience. Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with. The work seems like it’s not a good fit for me but it feels crazy to pass up trying to get that amount of money when there really isn’t a realistic alternative to that amount of wealth (and I do want that amount of wealth).
