Working as SAP BTP Full stack developer.

Done the Go-live last month now waiting for another project.
Most of call getting for ECC support project and I don’t want to join.

Shall I start looking for changes.
What is current market situation should I change.
What compensation i can expect??

Do all big 4 firms “even out” experienced hire salaries over time?

On notice period 2 months left and have offer from Infosys with 120% hike.
.NET tech- 3.5 years of experience.(support)
No other offer as of now. Any suggestions on this situation. I am trying in other companies as well.
Can I depend on Infosys that they won't revoke offer or create any issue.
Also I am going to ask Infosys to postpone joining by 15 days as I don't have any Break post my LWD from current company.

An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.

Hey fishes, urgent help....

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.

Female here and I hate to say it! But whenever I’m pull to a new project I secretly hope I don’t get a female lead. 😞 I had some interesting experiences with women leads, which it does not apply to all women!, but I feel a bit hesitant and I feel is ptsd lol how can I overcome this mentality?! Hello, I’m an associate (almost at the one year mark) at a midsize firm on the EPL team. I did about 2 years of employment law as a clerk during school and know that’s what I want to go into. I’ve asked for more EPL work but keep catching PI cases. I second-chaired an employment trial but don’t see any EPL work for the foreseeable future and wasn’t getting as much EPL exposure as I wanted before the trial. Any advice on a lateral move to a bigger firm with a broader range of EPL work?

Is it just me or have you also noticed that during the endless back to back zoom/teams meetings, people drift away and not take down action points?

I have a few questions for people in consulting roles (both external/internal).

My partner is in corporate banking, but he wants to switch to a consulting/strategy-based role. I noticed people with those jobs typically have an MBA, and also majority of the job ads in similar roles has MBA as either a requirement or preferred qualification. So:

1) does MBA actually improve someone's chance in getting those roles?
2) are there any good Canadian MBA programs you'd recommend?

I have been facing some issues while setting Abap service instance under trial account in SAP BTP Cockpit. The region selected was VA, US. Some trial service broke error is being raised by cockpit. I am planning to learn BTP concepts in eclipse ADT and for that i was doing this setup in BTP Cockpit. Anybody can help? Appreciated in advance.
