I’d keep the Chase card since you run into a place that doesn’t take Amex.
Yes. It makes sense to choose the system that works for you and only lean there for points. Corp card is Amex, so I optimize personal spend for Amex points

I just use my debit for everything - one CC for emergencies
Just how I was raised, I have no idea what to do with CCs, I was told to only use them in emergencies, so I’ve tried to stick to that. My debit charges for everything, and I know where all my money is, how much I’m spending and how much I have left
