I am currently unallocated in TCS and seeking projects in the same US location as my Wife. My therapist just told me I'm depressed..do you ever feel like they tell you things you hear a lot or could have figured out on your own? I tried so hard today to finish all my errands and read and even worked out. And I'm taking medication and keeping my diet healthy. But today I realized I don't have anyone to talk to anymore when this image of me hanging keep popping up in my head. I couldn't even tell my psychiatrist.
