YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. I have similar offer from R systems and Wipro. R System has work location in same city where I live but Wipro asking for Pune to join.

In terms of growth and job security which is the best option ? I have heard a lot about hire and fire policy in R systems so scared to join during pandemic.

Fishes need help. Wife works in HR, she was put on PIP. She is fairly certain that she will be let go; hence is thinking of resigning instead of trying getting terminated . 2 questions -
1. Her notice period is 90 days vs 30 days of pip. Will she be released at the end of PIP period (even if she does well during PIP)
2. More important - when you resign during PIP, what shows in your background verification - terminated or resigned ?
