Help me to decide

I have joined a company as intern on 16th August. I'll be moving to Mumbai to wfo from 5th of September.
Can I ask the company for 2 weeks of wfh on October?
Will that be an issue?

REMEMBER: Before joining, they mentioned that they don't have restrictions on leaves, nor do they calculate leaves. Hybrid is also available, and I can see people doing wfh for 2 weeks. But they are full-time. So, I'm not certain.

Recent graduate with Bachelors of Health Science in Workplace Health and Wellness. Currently working in a Healthcare job but as a client service coordinator. Really would like to get a job in my field. If anyone has suggestions/recommendations please share. Within GTA would be great if not, remote anywhere works.

Ever since moving to hybrid work, my coworkers are always complaining about how much they hate their jobs, how much of a hassle it is to travel or work from home. How can you be expected to do your job when you're just so far away from everything?

How’s the job market currently? I may stay with MS but fancy something a bit more hands-on, maybe a startup? Also is wfh still a thing over there?

I have an offer with Citi, initially it was hybrid model and looks like they are moving back to wfo.. they told only now and I dont have any other offer in hand. due to personal constraints I need wfh or some flexibility types, but they seem a bit rigid as its not in their policy..
Is it good to join and then try pushing them for wfh.. or search for another offer..? 16 yoe, PM...
