Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!

Shortly after I started, the COO instructed me verbally to not give the CEO any financials without checking with him first. At the time, I didn't know the CEO that well, but I was like "whatever, it's your company, sure thing boss." And thus, every time I've been asked by the CEO for something directly, I've cleared what I give her with him before responding.
The COO has been OOO for about a week due to family stuff. Today, however, the CEO messaged me directly on slack and asked for a full complement of financials and specifically said "DO NOT INCLUDE COO ON EMAIL." Now I feel like it's a "mom is telling me not to tell dad" situation, and "dad told me a long time ago not to tell mom" and I feel stuck. [Aside: it's a start-up and I'm older than both mom and dad in this scenario.]
What would you do?
My contract with them was signed by the COO on behalf of the org. It doesn't specifically say I only report to him, but I rarely report to the CEO.
I would argue that you’ve been contracted to work for the company and not just the COO. I would give the CEO the financials with a note that they have not been reviewed yet.
If the COO has a problem with it that’s on them. Things like fraud and embezzlement are noticed when people are away so it’s always a good idea for someone to check things when a main financial employee is out of the office.
Sorry you’re put in this awkward position.
