Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

Alright folks chill. I'm 9 years post grad. I came in at 90k at the consultant level. Just trying to gauge if a 12% salary increase is the norm for Accenture. They revamped the whole performance process and I'm too new to know any different.
Ahem - above.
Above
I'm not out of undergrad. I'm an experienced hire. Brought on at the consultant level.
Way above normal for non-promotion year.
This is high, and that bonus percentage is at the "Distinguished Achievement" level. Nice work OP - or the "hot skills bonus" (depending on your alignment).
🖕 considering I got 0%.. be happy bud.. these numbers you got are great
Thats like heaven fir Accenture 😂
You're doing good, above average. You're right at the mark for NYC
We are severely under paid
Far far better than most as far as I can tell
How long does it take to get to consultant level? That's a lot for a first promotion out of undergrad
Right off of UG?? Get a life man!!!
NYC based here and an experienced hire at a manager level and did not get close to those numbers!
OP what's your DTE and OG?
What's all that ACN jargon
The bonus number is super good for ACN consultant level. Congrats, OP.
You'd get paid more than that in strategy.
What's the bonus percentage in strategy? Btw, I don't think strategy gets paid the most in the form. I have seen much higher number for the same level in other part of the firm.
I got 11%. I meant base though. Consultant level can be 110-140
