Hey all I completed 3 busy seasons before taking a 95K offer as a fund accountant at a hedge fund in NYC. Realistically come year end can I ask for a salary increase to 105K? I feel like that would be reasonable given it’s in line with the market rate for someone with 4 busy seasons coming out of public right?
