Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.
Someone should get fired for this

Maybe it’s just like this post here, did I over explain something or just make it boring? It not connecting. I think I do have some challenges with ADHD communicating, writing has always been tougher.
Hi Alexander! I like the general look and feel of your website. I have a few points for constructive feedback that you can implement if you want.
1. Try to minimize the margins on your website. Make use of the pixels you have available on different devices. On a laptop for example, it is not optimal for the contents of the website to be centered in the way they are on your site - but for mobile, the website is probably great.
This is why responsive design is important in web design. However, as recruiters are likely checking your site out on PC, focus your design on those screen measurements.
2. I can tell that you're enthusiastic from the way you describe your work in detail. However, generally speaking, less can sometimes be more when it comes to a design portfolio and bodies of text. Let your work speak for itself. Try to keep the text to a minimum on your landing page. Perhaps add a couple of important notes next to your design on the landing page, and then more text on the pages dedicated to the different designs.
If the visitor/user is interested, they will click on the design to read more.
I really like the color scheme you've got going on! Keep that up :)
