Hey all, me and my wife earn close to INR 4.8 lakh/ month(combined) in India. It has become extremely difficult for us to get a decent hike while looking for jobs in India. We have an offer to move to Dubai with a salary of AED 43000/ month(combined) . I feel we might have a better chance to further grow our salary in Dubai.
Is the offer worth considering?

I’ve now been a B2B2C Key Account Manager at a Fitness Tech scale up for 6 mos and would like to be making more $ so am considering applying to other B2B SaaS companies. I currently own the entire (long) sales cycle from prospecting to account management. I’d like to stay in a similar role in another company. Will I have a difficult time landing an SDR/BDR, AE or CSM role elsewhere? I’m a 48 yo female.

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC).
