Hey all—my current boss has viewed my LinkedIn profile twice in the last two months. Ironically right around the two times I was checking in on my raise that he assured me was “coming soon.” I have my “open to work” set to recruiters only so hopefully he can’t see that I’m very much ready to jump ship. But I am curious as to why he may be viewing my profile and not even requesting to connect?

3rd interview in 4 months for 3 different positions. I heard I wait a year to apply again but I make it to onsite and don’t move on and apply again 3 weeks later. Is that bad? They keep calling back.

I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. What is a typical salary for a Data Scientist at a management level that’s 1 or 2 levels above entry? Looking for insight both within the tech side and tech consulting if possible.

Just curious to how my firms (wealth management/bank/trust) comp compares with others out there. I received a promotion earlier this year from an Investment Advisor, AVP to Senior Investment Advisor, VP and moved from $110K to $140K ($130 salary + $10K discretionary bonus) all in. By meeting expectations in 2 pay cycles, the base bumps up to $175K + bonus. Grown in this role over about 10 years with the same firm, MBA + CFA; top 10 city and living comfortably as dual income household.
