Hey Desi 🐠! Has anyone tried the EB1 route by working in Canada for a year at the Manager level and coming back to the US on L1. I’m a Deloitte M on H1B, with Canadian PR. Been in the US for 12 years, MBA from a Top 10 B-School. Sharing to see if this suffices for an EB1 filing.

Hey mates, I have an overall experience of 14 years with 6lakh CTC. Started my career in BPO though I am from computer science background and then proved myself for the IT movement within the same company before 8 years (6 years in BPO and 8 years in IT). Nothing is changed financially but in a better role. Have got certified in GCP. I stayed here for too long because I was looking for an onshore opportunity but now luck is not favouring me in H1B lottery. Looking for your valuable suggestions!

Is finding a Generalist position for more than 50k but with me having less than 7 years of HR experience reasonable? Is a generalist position the best next step to get more experience?
