I booked a spot for a Bhutan trip that is on 21st of Oct, 2023. It's a 7 day trip. So, I paid half the amount but unfortunately yesterday evening we found out that my mom needs to go through an eye surgery. And that's why I wouldn't be able to make the trip. It will be too overwhelming for me.

Just completed my last shift in the ICU. I'm glad to be shifting back to the Maternatity ward. It was exhausting, and emotionally draining working with such sick patients. I know the work we did made a big difference, but I'm glad to go back to my favorite role!

Had a scratchy throat yesterday that has since gone, low grade fever all day today (99-99.9). Have felt off and spacey today, and had a headache which went away after taking Advil. Have an appt to get covid testing tomorrow. Test is thru my doc office and they said they’d have results within 24 hrs. Even so, I currently have severe anxiety about all of it.
