Additional Posts in Career Advice for Students
I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

Campus hire salaries are increasing this summer to around $80k I believe.
All Champs that came in this summer are getting increases.
Recently hired at GT for this role, starting salary 80k + sign on bonus
Hi there, glad you’re considering GT. Since it appears you’re joining out of college, you will be given the same salary as others for that “class” of new hires. You will also be eligible for a bonus at this time next year assuming you join before April.
thank you! do you know what the actual $$ is though or even the typical range?
I think it is 75-85k
If you’re a champ hire I’ve heard the pay is more 65-70K. We recently hired a few champs and that’s what one of them shared with me.
It’s gone up in relation to the market. More like $80k now
with a masters I was offered $72k starting a few years ago.
71-73k last year
