Specifically, I’m looking to brush up on technical topics but would love some guidance on which ones to prioritize. If anyone has insights I'd really appreciate your input. let's all put paper or atleast look for other opportunities then they come to know how it feels. I am sure people who are in Publicis Sapient are very good in technical skills they can easily get job outside with same CTC.

Offering advice to job seekers who go around recruiters and message hiring teams, execs, etc. You are putting the Recruiters job in danger. If a Recruiter declines you or doesn’t choose to reach out, it is because the hiring team declined you, or you don’t have the experience. You will most likely not be considered for future roles because of this. When I see people giving advice to reach outside the Recruiter, it’s bad advice. Very rare is this a good idea.

Ive got an offer frm a company offering me 7LPA(micro company) nd the joining's on next monday.
My Last CTC is 6.5
There budget was upto 10 when i asked but feels like they playing me for my desperation to start working.

And I am expecting an offer from a bigger company and the joining's in the month of Feb.

Currently working as Electrical engineer in medical device company. Been applying to few battery and electrical engineering jobs at amazon in seattle and california locations. If anyone could provide referral for the job, that would be very helpful.
