Feeling like I’ve been “bait-and-switched”…

I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.

Expecting to hear if I got the job by Tuesday but have an interview the same day. How do I ask for time to think it over if I get an offer and how do I get the interview people to possibly speed it up so I can decide between the 2? I don't want to accept and then decline a few days later.. 😩

How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week. For 2 positions (Core AMS- Staff & GDS.SaT_VME_BVals_Analyst) it's showing "we'd like to progress you to the next step in our recruiting process" since July 1st. It's been 10 days, but no update/email/phone calls. Can somebody help?

as per recruiter’s confirmation I have uploaded required documents
But did not received offer letter yet
Trying to reach recruiter but they are not receiving my calls either from last week.
on Ionboard portal I can see the 50% process has beed completed.
Is this a normal process in HCL ?

Hey Guys, I have applied to Accenture through their Accenture India portal and it's still showing pending review and my interview hasn't been scheduled yet. as I checked found out that pending review means the Application has been passed from HR to the operations team what should I do now as it's been more than 4 weeks and I haven't received any response from them and there is no way to contact them.i am getting a little frustrated about this

Technical round, salary discussion/HR round for HCL completed 2 weeks back. I got to know there should be another round called "TAG" round. I didn't get any mail regarding that. I am waiting for offer letter.

what is TAG round?
Is it technical round or HR round?
Is this a qualifying round?
what are the questions they have asked?
is this round round mandatory for all? because I didn't get any kind of mails ahout this?

I'm not sure how Fish Bowl works, but hi! I was wondering, is it just me, or sometimes insurance companies require so much from the families we work with? I have a kiddo who is required to do early start for minimum 9 hours a week to be eligible for services. Then they are recommended 25 hours of services per week.. I feel the parents are starting to get concerned due to the amount of hours the kiddo working. Basically almost a full-time job for a kid who's barely 2... thoughts?
