In hand salary?

Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

Yeah had my HireVue (video interview) Monday last week and that was then submitted to the hiring managers from what I understand. The recruiter said I’m a pretty good fit for all 3 roles and there was extreme mutual interest from their side for my background/me.
Just go in being prepared and confident. I’m sure you will crush it good luck!!
If you haven’t had a super day yet... don’t think you can’t think of that as them preparing to make you an offer. Have you interviewed with anyone at all yet?
I had to complete Questionnaire several times prior to super day and ended up getting offers
It’s HR prep-work and due diligence. Are they asking you for your current comp? I know they did in the past but it’s illegal for them to ask now. The hiring managers make the decision and until they talk to you and agree you’re a good fit you shouldn’t expect an offer.
Just a warning, if you provide your comp history DO NOT expect that they’re going to offer you anymore than you’re currently making. If they do, then be grateful. They’re very savvy in looking for a bargain. I’ve seen associate pay range from $45k to $120k in SLC. But if you’re currently making $45k they’re going to offer you $45k, and unless they’re desperate to hire they absolutely will not negotiate. Not trying to damper your enthusiasm but set realistic expectations. Best of luck with the interviews.
