Hi, do you know of any opening as a production manager making at least 120K? The environment where I'm currently working is getting more toxic than ever and they are expecting me to fill all the openings with the minimum wage. I've been in the same company for the last 7 years, but with all the pandemic still going on, nobody seems to understand that when you are short staffed is impossible to get the same results as when you are fully staffed. Any help or insights will be greatly appreciated.

Hello all! How have you found the environment of consulting to work with your faith? Have there been clear ways to represent Christ to your teams or are firms really firm on any outward expression?

New to consulting. Anyone willing to share how they've been able to listen and follow God's will/plan for them within their career as a consultant? Trying to figure out where God wants me to be.

My aunt recently passed away, leaving behind 2 young girls (16 and 12 years old). I’m trying my best to be there for them and pray for them, and have been asking people to pray for them as well. Until I started question what is the point of asking people to pray for them? I know God hears my prayers, so why do we ask people to pray ?

Anyone been praying for something (or someone) for a long time (weeks, months, yrs) and it seems like nothing is happening/changing? I have and feeling really discouraged about it today. Anyone else?
