Context: it’s a regular sales job, taking care of inbounds and then building strat for outbound, brand is super strong but work seems repetitive

AI SaaS startup Head of Ops: $180K base + options
Context: Seed stage, raised $45M, team of 10, would work closely with Founder/CEO, $5M in ARR

Expected salary offer for a C role with 5 YOE (consulting) at Deloitte S&A (ccg)?

Interviewed for Deloitte S&A Tech Strategy SC and got a verbal offer for Consultant instead. I negotiated the offer to 120K salary and 10K signing bonus. I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got a much higher offer for SC. How do I go back to the recruiter to negotiate further? I suggested that I’d probably sign but need time to think. Now I’d like to go back and request 140k salary.

If you had a chance to take all of these certs, CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI ACP, which one them would you do first and why?
