Have my closing interview with Accenture next week. So far the Director and MD I have met with have both liked me and the recruiter has said that they have both given me a thumbs up and that the upcoming closing interview with the MD is just a conversation. From my research I’ve also read that it’s just a sanity check to make sure I’m not a nutcase. Of course anything can happen, but I’m expecting an offer. (Cont)

Just curious. What's your reason to switch from Sprinklr? I've heard great reviews
Hi I’m a part of SDC.
For HIA, the projects at times ruin your work life balance, but there are quite a lot of decent projects. There is also a case of you getting stuck in year long client deals, which would basically mean doing the same work over and over again.
But if you’re a fresher or recent graduate, this is a decent place to kickoff your career.
Not worth it in the long term. As the learning curve plateaus in 2-3 years.
Less than 20% of the projects are implementation which also includes lot of data crunching, strategy and roadmapping.
Pls don't. They promoted every Associate 2 (earlier EA) to Senior associate in this cycle. So, don't expect promotion in the coming year although people who joined before April 2020 have been promoted. Plus, the Director of the practice doesn't have a background in healthcare.
Both have their pros and cons. Deloitte has a direct client interface missing in many teams of PwC, especially HIA.
Also, if anyone could throw some light on the kind of projects PwC SDC has related to Data Analytics as I have received an interview call for Associate/ Sr Associate for the same?
Thank you.
If you’re trying to get into the EMTECH team, which had openings for ML and ML Ops role, then the projects are quite decent, compared to the rest of the subsectors within the firm.
It really depends on what sectors you’re interviewing for
Financial Services (FS) is quite bad, shitty work hours and nothing to learn
TMT(Technology and Media) their projects are quire interesting and a lot to learn
HIA is okayish
Consumer Markets has at times a lot of shitty work, but also good interesting projects.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to reach out on DM if you have more doubts.
All the best for your interview buddy 👍🏻
