Currently I am Having Offer of Systango , EY and BDO. but apart from the offer two of them are not in my home town.

so, What you would advise should I stay in my current organisation or change as their is. no work related to AI/DS and My Current Org pushing me to work on Python Backend Project.s??

At what point should I drop coursework projects from my Resume/LinkedIn?

Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.
