I'm about to do h1b visa stamping and also planning to do h4 stamping for my wife. However, the spouse's name in my passport has a different surname. I was planning to change her surname on her passport as well, but couldn't.

Will it be a problem as my passport has a different surname for my spouse than her surname in her original passports?

Are blue jeans client-friendly when styled appropriately and paired with a blazer? Or are jeans always a no-go?

2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique. I generally like the work I do and the people I work with, but I really don’t like the hours and the constant late nights and weekends. Currently on pace for 2250. Boutique I have been eyeing has billable hour requirement of 1500-1600 and comes with a 20-25% paycut. Is this a stupid idea and should I grind it out until I can move in house? TCS giving USA onsite, ~80k USD ( H1B was expired, came back to India, still 3 years left, have approved H1B extension, not stamped yet) - CCTC - 9.25L
Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.

Would it be possible to use my H1B in infosys/JPMC in future.? I don't have new H1B extension docs with me. Can H1B employer be changed in india ? Infosys JPMorgan Chase

i have one question guys, before visa stamping can we change petition's client? means if infosys has applied for my petition for client A will that petition will be valid for client B ?? or whole petition needs to be applied??

I have an H1b which I received in 2019 and was valid till august2021, due to covid I wasn't able to travel and then I switched to another firm last year in November. If I get visa transfer, will it provide me a validity back as I haven't used any on site time on that visa.
