I'm an SAP EWM consultant with about 8 years of experience, and I've got an offer from a product-based company with a 20% raise on my current salary.

My current salary is 35.5 LPA, and the offer is 42.6 LPA plus a 10% variable.

Do you think it's a good move to switch from an SAP EWM consultant role to a BA role? This BA role is still for SAP EWM, but it's more about design and decision-making rather than Deloitte" class="linkified" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >configuration.Deloitte

Is there anyone that knows much about battle spares manager and knows what's a decent salary with this position?

Throughout my career, I have worked at both “traditional” and “digital” shops. My current agency would fall under traditional but also offers digital services. Our process, roles and skillsets seem way outdated but I wasn’t sure if it was just my opinion or if this is just how it works. For example, we have no CTO or tech leads. Our digital producers feel more like project managers than actual producers. Account Management is just traditional, no real digital knowledge. Feels layered and dated.
