Hey fishes, I'm an VMware engineer and now I've a experience of 2years and 6 months... I got an offer from TEKsystems for 8LPA (fixed) and now I've completed 6 months in TEKsystems , now I got an offer from American Express (AMEX) where I attended the interview before joining TEKsystems and the offer is 14LPA (fixed).

I'm confused now, what I have to do .. Is it good to join AMEX or stay in TEKsystems. If I join AMEX will that impact my career by leaving from a company after 6 months

I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. After accepting the offer from company A and just before 20 days of LWD I asked for making it to 30% hike. I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?
