1st Job - 90k…. Is this a good salary? Late to the game at 34. Don’t even know anything about personal finance. Honestly I don't know much about Teksystems, other than what I've read in Glassdoor. I liked their interview process though.

I am currently drawing 12.1 LPA form Accenture with 6 yr exp - 10Lakhs is fixed and rest is variable pay which they never pay. When I see on Quora & Linkedin people are getting 40LPA with same experience in other product companies. What to discus? How much to ask without risking the job offer?

I recently cleared all rounds at jpmc and had a discussion with hr about my package. HR said she will release the offer in 2 weeks but my status on the job portal says as position no longer considered. When I asked she said it’s due to system issue and she will update regarding the status of my offer letter. But I feel something’s wrong. Now I gave the interview for a different position in same firm and got selected. The 2nd one seems kind of interesting and match my profile. What to do now?🥲
