Hey folks, Is it a good decision to do MBA at age 40? And if yes what is best full-time or online like ISB or from any IIT provided executive MBA?

I have completed my MBA in a marketing, now working as a Medical representative in Wockhardt Ltd, as I join TCS in Marketing Or in sales. Please suggest me.

Enrolled in an executive MBA program at a top uni, and I have to say I’m very happy I did that vs FT/PT.

Feel like I’ve come to a point in my consulting career where I’ve reached the end of what this job can provide me, career-wise and as an opportunity for personal/professional development. I’m planning to apply to a masters program, which would kick off next fall, but need to stay where I am between now and then to be able to pay for school. Any tips on staying motivated to get the work done, or on seeking out new opportunities for growth, when you feel like you’ve plateaued?

Hi fishes! I recently graduated. I got campus placed as associate analyst consulting in Deloitte in my 5th semester. It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 . Legit they are making us wait for another 6 months....like wtf is thissss!??!????!!!! Your opinion/advice/suggestions are most welcomed!!!
