Hello!
I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.

Its hard tbh - same situation here. Try casecoash/ rocketblocks + the free crafting cases course - they have been helpful in my prep
Sure, feel free to reach out if you have questions. Process is overwhelming but it gets better as you practice
Break out component parts into its elements and do drills when you have time in the day. It sucks but know it is temporary.
For example - on commute to work, you can market size value of bicycles sold in country, or annual revenue of subway; between work meetings you can do easy math drills for 5mins; after work you can do 2-3 structuring/brainstorming drills a day.
Craftingcases was super helpful to build foundational skills.
If you get invited to BCG’s process you get access to casecoach which was super helpful as well.
Is the access to case coach with bcg interviews something new/region specific?
In addition to what A1 says, get good case partners on Fishbowl or through reaching out to others during info sessions. Case with them once weekly so you can apply your skills in a pressure situation.
