I made it to the second round of an interview of company B that will have better stability. Then I have a phone screening today with Comapany C. I havnt ever been in the position before. I would be more comfortable long term with company B. If Comany B offers and I have started with Company A

Should I resign on the basic of breakup communication or wait for offer letter ?
