My goal is to join a Tier-1 company or a unicorn startup where I get a good pay, learning and a great culture. In my 4.5y of experience, I haven't learned a lot at my job but kept on learning on my own.

I'm preparing for the interviews but how do I justify not having enough hands-on experience with scale from my job? I don't have side projects too

I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?
