I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @
There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

Try to make it to the third round.
Be yourself, give concrete examples, and have fun. It's not a hard interview process.
I would rather you give helpful advice that gives a view into the Amex culture. See my response (as a former Amex PM) for a concrete example. You can do it without listing specific questions, though that is also readily available via Glassdoor.
You got this!!
As a former product manager at Amex, I’ll share a few pieces of advice:
- Amex is a matrix organization so I suggest incorporating that into your examples. Conveying that you understand the nuances of working in a matrix organization (need for “alignment” among stakeholders, working with governance partners, etc) will be beneficial.
- Understand how Amex makes money - be able to speak knowledgeably about the closed loop network and spend-centric model
- Amex does not leverage Agile methodology. It will vary by business unit. I used to call it “fragile” - fragmented agile.
Depends on the org and team. My partner teams are scrumfall and we are trying to set an example of an empowered product team.
Appears to be a historically large PMO organization with many Program Managers.
