Hey ppl!! Just want to seek for advices on the career direction to take. I have 2.5 YOE being generalist/BA in consulting but want to focus on a specific area. Im very interested in CRM/ERP field and thinking either go with Salesforce/SAP or dynamics 365.
Cuz I see there are more needs in Salesforce and SAP now but not sure if dynamics 365has a larger potential with Microsoft/ chagpt functionality :) Appreciate any insights of the market and advices!!

I am in the same boat as you. I have worked on MS Dynamics for quite some time, but my speciality is in SAP…not sure how the market looks like for Dynamics. It’s too soon to say I think.

like

Yeah SAP is much more mature but I don’t know if it’s passed the golden time and if it’s a good timing to start with that… Dynamics is for sure not as powerful as SAP at this point but it might have a great potential by leveraging chatgpt with other functionalities. Just wondering from your experience, is SAP and dynamic system similar and is it help to learn another if you have knowledge using a different erp tool?

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks

Any recommended resources for a mid-level lit associate looking to develop some skills in health care transactional work? I'm primarily a med-mal attorney and several clients have small opportunities on the MA side that I'd like to be able to assist with. The firm does not currently have a specific transactional healthcare practice group so I'd need to go out of the firm for mentorship in this area. For now, I'm just looking for good basic foundational resources.

Appreciate it!
