Accenture offered me less package of 8.1 lpa (fixed) for 3yoe. Deloitte USI offered me 8.5 lpa(fixed).

Keeping Deloitte offer, can I demand for compensation revise to 10 lpa(fixed) ?.
Will Accenture agree for my request ?.

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ? I went to my parents place on Saturday, met with old friends.
And on Sunday Yoga and swimming. Now enjoying relax evening. It felt like a vacation and was quite stress reliever.
Learning: I need not to spend heavily for vacation.

I'm going through tough face of life alone. Feeling sad for myself. Don't know what to do? Exhausted with Health and Marriage issues.. Regret marrying a wrong guy and wasted 2 yrs thinking things will change.
