I currently work in workers’ comp at a firm, and am interviewing for an in-house role at an insurance company. I’m trying to get out of WC completely and am hoping this will be a stepping stone to in-house life, but not sure how realistic that is. TIA!

If I have an offer on Networking Control plane domain and Dataplane domain which one should I chose for better career prospects?

Has anyone ever left finance (or know someone that has) to do something completely different? My experience is split between FP&A and accounting and while I have progressed, I am becoming depressed b/c I feel like I’m in the wrong field. What do companies ask, for a Designer to become a Design/Creative Lead. I've seen Ppl getting promoted to Lead in 10+ years in some companies and just 5-6 years in some companies. Any idea?

Got an offer at a great company. Ive done this job before but moved away from it because it burnt me out because of the people and it scarred me. How does your firm measure utilization? I work for a small boutique that defines it as utilization = number of billable hours/2,080 and full bonus payout occurs at 80% plus.

Hello! I’m litigator currently at a plaintiffs firm looking to go in-house. Has anyone here made a similar transition? Any tips on finding a good fit? I’m a little worried that going from plaintiff side to in house maybe difficult…I also have BL and clerkship experience so maybe it’s all in my head but any insights would be helpful.
