See a lot of people slamming their “big firm” experience and wanting to move on from it. I’ve got 2YOE but not at a big firm and can’t help feeing I’m missing out on something (name brand, skills, network etc). I am a high performer at my current firm but they started questioning working arrangements of folks based on the new members who are huge in-office folks, fast turnover within the team, etc. This wasn’t an issue when I first joined.
