How long it does take to have offer letter in EY

I’m graduating in December, with a background in environmental economics and policy. Consulting didn’t work out this cycle. Made it to final rounds for Bain and Kearney but in the end didn’t get an offer. I want to recoup and try again, but I’m worried that once I’m out of undergrad the door will be closed to starting in consulting.

What can I do to make this happen? I have friends and connections at Bain and Kearney and the other firms as well, but not sure if it’s feasible now.

My director gave me a 45 day termination warning. I had a random 1:1 with my director last Friday. She essentially told me I have 45 days to increase my activity (I’m a recruiter that gets measured on daily metrics.) After the 45 days if I don’t meet these requirements I will be terminated. As you can imagine I am panicking a little bit, I’ve confided in a few coworkers and they told me to start looking for a new job because even if I meet these metrics I could still be fired. Hi fishes, I joined infosys as manual tester in trade finance domain at 3 Lpa now after almost 2 years of experience I have offer from tcs for 4 Lpa and quality kiosk for 7.5 lpa. Tcs offered me a developer role while quality kiosk offered me the same role in Testing with trade finance domain. Tcs refused to renegotiate the salary even a little. Going for my first switch, and got offer from CTS with 11.5 ctc as etl tester.
My lwd is jan 2nd.
I got trained in Selenium in java and i think my selenium concepts/understandings are good, need some brush up on testng.
So is it advicable to kick start and brushup Selenium+ TestNG concepts in 1 month and go for automation role interviews as i dont have experience in realtime automation projects. Good or bad idea?
