Cognizant- 21L fixed and 1.5L variable
PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

What’s the typical salary for a senior data analyst with 3-ish years of experience? This is for the Los Angeles area.

I just got laid off from a data analyst position and now applying to senior level positions, but every time I get asked the salary question I don’t know what to say. I was making $72k at my last job (which I think is on the lower end for data analysts in LA). I’ve googled it and the average seems to be around $115k but is that also true for those with 3 yrs experience?

I just took the GMAT and scored a 770 after months of studying. Completely over the moon - couldn’t have imagined a better score.
