As in I have been offered C2 system Analyst with the work exp of 4.5 years... can someone please share the job level bands with comparison to Infosys Job level?

Looking for stability, decent WLB and good growth opportunity. Difference of 1-2 lacs doesn't matter too much.

Where do you go after B4 audit if you don’t want to go to industry that has true work life balance? I’ve been busy since September straight... this won’t end for a while. I enjoy accounting and enjoy being challenged, but my mental and physical health are also falling by the wayside. The Job requirement says its Entry Level, but the experience it requires is always 6 year+... like how would a fresher match that.. should I've started coding at 6th grade or what?

Hi fishes, I recently joined Accenture, I am from manual testing background and they put me into monitoring team where we need to analyse errors looking at codes, logs and resolve it and the KT that is being given to me doesnt feel enough when I raised concern to TL, TL itself is blaming it on me that I qm not able to understand what is being taught, I am not able to work in the project at all, I requested for roll off within a month, will this imact my career at accenture? someone please sugges

Howdy…I need a sanity check! As part of my previous role, I reported security non-compliance and gross security misrepresentations. For my valiant efforts I was laid off (despite being a protected whistleblower) and my reports were buried. Everything I did was in line with my responsibilities. I was extremely concerned that systems housing personal credit data on all US consumers were not adequately protected. I essentially risked my job to protect data and I’m not sure if it mattered.
