One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. I use to work as a Support Engineer. I unskilled myself in DevOps and moved to DevOps. I have 3+ Support experience and 1.5 as DevOps Engineer. I have worked on Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and I’m certified in terraform and kubernetes and GCP.
I’m getting an offer from a company as Site Reliability Engineer. Is it good to move their as SRE? Will it look good on resume?

I am trying to justify house buying in HCOL city. The house cost is minimum 1.4m .monthly mortgage would be at least 7k(with just around 2k principal) rest goes to either int,tax.
