For any company when I am looking for reviews, I am mostly seeing negative points for almost every company 😅

Some say, it has hire fire, some say it has bad management and bad work culture, some say 0 work life balance.

I am not sure what to do.

Are there any company which is good (except big MNCs which also pays less)?😅😂
