Don’t know about KPMG but we (another B4) will pay you similar base comp and put you in the partnership process in a year especially if you can sell. Signing bonus is around $40K and target annual performance bonus will be 35% approximately. DM me if you are interested

Yes, close to 9 years now . I am a Senior Manager with sales and delivery responsibilities.

Did they tell you base range is 275-300? Pretty significant increase from when I was there a couple years back in WD practice. Director does have biggest range but that’s high.
Either way, bonus is around 15-20% for Director so just add that to your base for TC. No stocks or ESPP type stuff obviously.
