I am currently serving my notice period with Cognizant. Yesterday I got a call from cognizant HR, after some discussion she asked me if I am ready to revoke my resignation if they give me same compensation that from offer in hand.

Does Cognizant really do it? Does Anybody got any such counter offers?

Hi! I am seeking for an advise, anything helps! I applied to Accenture’s entry level analyst program. I applied a few days ago (I know it’s a bit late, but the application is still open thankfully). Yesterday, I joined a resume workshop w/ an Accenture recruiter. She went through my resume and said that I have a strong one! I’ve also set up a coffee chat w/ her next week. Job 1: 85k at small boutique firm (3 attorneys). Standard benefits but no 401k. Semi-annual raises. No billable hour requirement and regular 40 hour week. Being groomed to be a partner on a 2-3 year track.

Job 2: 135k at large regional firm (200 attorneys) good benefits. 1900 billable hours requirement. Partner track is 6-8 years but not guaranteed.

Bristalcone, client: SAP Labs: 22 LPA fixed, 10% variable and 1 lakh JB.

I had worked with SAP Labs, work culture and Work life balance is good but I am not sure about Deloitte usi. Someone please help me
