I'm asked to provide the relieving letter mentioning my skills. As a general practice in India, employer does not mention skills rather start and end date, designation, and department. That's all they provide. Is it a mandate or is there any other alternative?

Want to join new company after h1b transfer completed. Need to give 2 weeks notice to current employer. Can I work for current employer for those 2 weeks notice period after h1b transferred to new employer?when does the current employer get notified of h1b transfer, in case that happens?

I’ve been out of work for a significant amount of time due to Covid decimating my industry. I’ve gone on many interviews and had a few final rounds. I finally received an offer today. The pay is more than I’ve ever made & team seems great. I just can’t help but feel a little disappointed bc it’s not the industry I was in before which was the whole reason I went to law school to begin with.
