The range seems fair but I'm not sure if it is a fair price for NYC. Someone with 15 years experience has a lot other financial obligations. Just saying since that's the same rate in cities like Nashville which have FAR less property rates, taxes and cost of living than NYC. I'm not sure your current employer will offer a substantial raise since they have pay brackets and could lead to others asking the same. The best way is to have another offer to either negotiate or just make a move.
No, that is not comparable. Research your position with experience and licenses, certifications and all that. I assume you are already EIT, LEED, AP BD+C? If not that’s fine too. Your experience is invaluable. Print out all of the salaries you find and find a good range where you would be comfortable. It is 2023 and time for companies to properly compensate instead of squeezing everything out of their valuable employees that make them all their profit.
I absolutely do not think it’s fair. I have 6.5yrs experience and am applying to jobs requesting 100-110k and being told by recruiters this is reasonable. I am not licensed.
I think the salary is fair, my friends in similar experience/responsibility (and same/smaller cities) are about the same or less salary, but try this link... You can also use it to facilitate a discussion with your manager/HR:

These are old numbers late 2020, they are not updating them because they are scared from a wage price spiral
No it's not, you should be in the 130 to 140 range for 15 years, there is a huge shortage of architects in the industry, people with your experience are a struggle for anyone to find.
Thank you all. This has been helpful in my discussions. Will see what results…
It is absolutely not fair. I know a person in NYC - 3-4 years out of college, on track to be licensed this year - 120k salary
